What is it Going to Take to Get Help with TDCJ? Too Many People Are Dying
Dear Readers,
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) has failed to address the urgent and severe issues plaguing its facilities, resulting in tragic and unnecessary loss of life. How many more people need to suffer before significant change is implemented? It's time to rally together and demand comprehensive reform.
**The Gravity of the Situation**
We continue to receive reports of neglect, abuse, and corruption within TDCJ facilities, causing anguish and loss of life. Families are mourning loved ones lost under questionable circumstances, while staff and inmates alike endure unsafe and untenable conditions. This failure not only devastates individual lives but also erodes public trust in our justice system.
**Steps to Demand Change:**
1. **Immediate Federal and State Investigations:**
- **Contact the FBI:** The Federal Bureau of Investigation must launch a thorough investigation into systemic issues within TDCJ, ensuring impartiality and accountability.
- **Governor Abbott’s Intervention:** Urge Governor Greg Abbott to use his executive power to demand state-level investigations and reforms within TDCJ.
2. **Legislative Action:**
- **Engage Lawmakers:** Write to your local and state representatives, imploring them to push for legislative inquiries and reforms in TDCJ operations.
- **Organize Public Hearings:** Demand public hearings where affected families can share their stories and highlight the urgent need for reform.
3. **Public Awareness and Advocacy:**
- **Media Coverage:** Contact media outlets to ensure these stories receive widespread attention, putting pressure on authorities to act.
- **Social Media Campaigns:** Use platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to share information, using hashtags such as #JusticeForTDCJ, #TDCJReform, and #EndPrisonDeaths.
4. **Community Mobilization:**
- **Form Advocacy Groups:** Join or form local advocacy groups focused on prison reform and inmate safety.
- **Petitions and Protests:** Organize petitions and peaceful protests to demand accountability and justice for those affected.
5. **Legal Action:**
- **Class-Action Lawsuits:** Explore legal avenues like class-action lawsuits to hold TDCJ accountable for negligence and misconduct.
- **Partnerships with Legal Organizations:** Partner with organizations like the ACLU and Innocence Project, which specialize in advocating for prisoner rights and justice reform.
**We Cannot Wait Any Longer**
Every day we delay, more lives are put at risk. The time for platitudes and half-measures is over. We need decisive action and robust oversight to dismantle the toxic environment within TDCJ facilities.
**Stories of Injustice**
Consider the recent revelations from Clemens Unit, detailing organized criminal conspiracy and gross misconduct among staff. These issues are not isolated. They are symptomatic of a broken system crying out for reform.
**Take Action Now**
- **Contact Information:** Reach out to the FBI, Governor Greg Abbott, and TDCJ’s Director to voice your concerns.
- **Community Meetings:** Attend local meetings, express your grievances, and demand immediate changes.
- **Stay Informed:** Follow our blog and social media channels for updates and action alerts.
**Our Collective Responsibility**
The battle for justice and reform is not just about the inmates; it’s about upholding human dignity, equity, and the rule of law. Stand with us in this fight. Together, we can drive the change that will save lives and restore integrity to our correctional system.
**Enough is enough. The time to act is now.**

It's Time to Act – Uncovering Organized Criminal Conspiracy at Clemens Unit
It's Time to Act – Uncovering Organized Criminal Conspiracy at Clemens Unit
**Posted on September 9th,2024**
**Title: Call for Action – Expose the Corruption Within Clemens Unit**
Dear Concerned Citizens and Elected Officials,
Today, I come to you with a matter of utmost importance and urgency. On September 9th, I received an alarming letter from the Clemens Unit that exposes a deeply troubling organized criminal conspiracy involving numerous officers, wardens, majors, and other TDCJ staff. This letter is more than just a plea for help; it is a clarion call for justice and requires immediate investigation and action.
**The Allegations:**
The content of the letter outlines severe allegations involving 39 officers and 11 inmate informants. The charges range from MURDER, FRAUD, and AGGRAVATED ASSAULT to various other criminal activities. What’s more, these accusations implicate high-ranking officials including Wardens, Majors, Disciplinary Captains, Counsel Substitutes, Unit Grievance Investigators, STG Sergeants, and numerous other COs and department employees. The detailed nature of these allegations, supported by statutory references and eyewitness testimonies, underscores the credibility and urgency of the situation.
One of the most shocking revelations within the letter is the unlawful use of a flash drive by kitchen clerks, allegedly facilitated by Major Smith, FSM OGINNI, and Captain from the laundry department. This device allowed inmates to manipulate unit classification and job assignments, further entrenching corruption and fostering a harmful environment of fear and mistrust.
**The Call to Action:**
We cannot sit idly by while such egregious acts are being perpetrated under the guise of authority. It is imperative that we demand immediate action to hold these individuals accountable. Our calls for investigation will not be dismissed; we must ensure that the truth is uncovered, and justice is served.
1. **Contact the FBI:** We urge the Federal Bureau of Investigation to open a federal inquiry into these allegations to ensure an unbiased and thorough investigation.
2. **Inform Governor Abbott:** We request Governor Greg Abbott to exercise his authority and mandate an immediate state-level investigation into the Clemens Unit.
3. **Involve the Director of TDCJ:** The Director of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice must take these allegations seriously, initiating an internal probe and cooperating fully with external investigations.
**Citizen Engagement:**
Fellow citizens, your voice is powerful. To ensure this issue receives the attention it deserves:
- **Share this post** on all social media platforms.
- **Write to your local representatives** and demand they push for an investigation.
- **Attend local council meetings or town halls** to raise this issue publicly.
- **Sign petitions** calling for accountability and justice.
**Conclusion:**
In alignment with the statutory provisions mentioned in the letter, we call on the Department of Justice and all relevant authorities to secure convictions beyond a reasonable doubt. The whistleblower has sworn under penalty of perjury to testify to these facts, ensuring that no stone will be left unturned.
It is time for transparency, justice, and reform. Let’s come together to dismantle this web of corruption and restore integrity within our correctional systems. The time to act is now.
**Stand with us. Demand Justice.**

Office of the Ombudsman
Texas Department of Criminal Justice
P.O. Box 99
Huntsville, TX 77342-0099
Dear Ombudsman,
Subject: Urgent Call for Immediate Medical Intervention and Investigation at Clemens Unit
I am writing to urgently request your immediate intervention concerning the alarming medical neglect being experienced by an inmate at Clemens Unit. The inmate, whose name is being withheld for privacy reasons but has been communicated to me directly, is suffering from life-threatening hypertensive crises that have consistently been ignored by the facility's medical staff and administration.
The inmate has reported multiple blood pressure readings exceeding 180/120 mmHg, a condition medically recognized as a hypertensive crisis and a major medical emergency that demands urgent care. Alarmingly, the highest documented reading was 233/187 mmHg, which occurred after the inmate experienced a stroke and lost consciousness. Despite this critical medical emergency, the inmate has not been transported to an emergency room for professional medical evaluation.
Furthermore, the inmate has reported severe symptoms, including blood vessels bursting on the back of the right leg, causing discoloration (black and purple) and posing a severe life-threatening condition. This situation continues unabated, despite multiple requests for emergency medical assistance.
This distressing scenario not only points to severe medical neglect but also suggests potential deliberate indifference by the Clemens Unit administration. The inmate has communicated that they believe the administration's lack of action is intentionally endangering their life.
Due to the gravity of this situation, I am urging the Ombudsman's Office to:
1. **Immediately investigate the medical neglect at Clemens Unit.**
2. **Ensure that the inmate receives immediate medical attention and transportation to an emergency room.**
3. **Consult with healthcare professionals to review and rectify the medical care protocols at Clemens Unit.**
4. **Investigate allegations of official brutality, organized criminal conspiracy, and intentional endangerment within Clemens Unit's administration.**
In addition, the inmate has expressed a desire for these concerns to be escalated to higher authorities, including Internal Affairs, Governor Greg Abbott, and the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division. Given the inmate’s critical condition and the potential violations of their civil rights, I support this escalation as part of a broader effort to seek justice and ensure their immediate well-being.
The neglect and lack of adequate medical care could result in irreparable harm or even death, and I trust that your office will handle this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves.
Sincerely,
Angela Thomas Smith

**********************************************************
We are reaching out to you with a desperate plea for immediate action. An inmate at the Clemens Unit is currently facing a life-threatening medical crisis that is being blatantly ignored by the administration. Despite dangerously high blood pressure readings, including a reading of 233/187 after a stroke, the inmate has not been transported to an emergency room for evaluation. The inmate's leg is showing signs of severe damage due to the hypertension crisis, yet still, no action is being taken.
This is a clear case of neglect and deliberate endangerment of life. We urge you to stand up against this injustice and demand that the authorities at the Clemens Unit take immediate action to provide the necessary medical care to the inmate. This is a matter of basic human rights and every moment of delay could be fatal for this individual.
We call upon Governor Abbott, Internal Affairs, and all relevant authorities to intervene and ensure that this inmate receives the urgent medical attention they require. We also ask for the support of the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division Criminal Section to investigate the allegations of official brutality and criminal conspiracy within the Clemens Unit.
Time is of the essence. We cannot stand idly by while a human life hangs in the balance. Let us come together as a community to demand justice and humanity for all.
Please spread this message far and wide, contact the necessary authorities, and let your voices be heard. The time to act is now.
Thank you for your urgent attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Angela please I need your assistance even if you must reach out to all of your followers on both of your POD CAST SHOWS! This is my testimony: A BLOOD PRESSURE reading of 180/120 is (Medically) considered a HYPERTENSIVE CRISIS, as well as, a MEDICAL EMERGENCY which HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS instruct that any person with readings this high or HIGHER must seek IMMEDIATE EMERGENCY HELP! TESTIMONY>. In the past ten days I have had multiple readings that have exceeded this medical reference and still have not been transported to an EMERGENCY ROOM for Professional EVALUATION. The HIGHEST of all my readings was 233/187 which occurred after I had another stroke and BLACKED OUT which caused the Unit staff to assume that I had PASSED AWAY and went HOME to spend Eternity with the LORD! Queen Smith I have decided to spend the remainder of my TIME on EARTH standing on TRUTH In the LORDS name and spending time with HIS YOUNGER FLOCK to show them examples of UNSELFISHNESS worthy enough to earn GODS approval for my LIFE to only be sustained because of the ATONEMENT OF THE LAMB'S BLOOD ON THE CROSS BY CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD AND SAVIOR FOREVER and EVER AMEN............... LOVE YOU ALL, JUST NO THAT THIS STAND ON TRUTH WILL NOT BE IN VAIN THE LORD PROMISES.....
Angela the BLOOD VESSELS on the back of my right leg are beginningto bust! The back of my leg is black and purple and according to the MEDICAL information that my brother sent me REAL MEDICAL DOCTORS informed my brother that this is a result of the HYPERTENSION CRISIS and can be LIFE THREATENING and They still won't send me to the EMERGENCY ROOM! Contact Internal Affairs, Governor ABBOT or let your followers ( all 11.4 million of them) know the ADMINISTRATION ON CLEMENS UNIT HAS MADE IT CLEAR THAT THEY WANT TO SEE ME DIE! JESUS has informed that the battle is his and has PROMISED to deal with them! I'm about to PRAY and ask for additional Strength to count this DELIBERATE INSUBORDINATION as JOY. Lastly can you reach out to the U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE CIVIL RIGHTS DIVISION CRIMINAL SECTION (www.usdoj.gov) and inform them that I have a COMPLAINT OF OFFICIAL BRUTALITY, ORGANIZED CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY, which includes multiple counts of [Intent]ional MURDER on multiple officers, as well as, PAID INFORMANT[S] who work for things/contraband that are STATUTORILY defined under TEXAS PENAL CODE section 38.11(j) as LEGITIMATE CRIMINAL OFFENSE'S. I'M tired of the ADMINISTRATION PLAYING GOD OVER MY LIFE. My GOD DIED ON THE CROSS and ROSE 3 days later so that I may have this VICTORY! I was willing to hear MR. GIVENS out but now it might take an ACT OF GOD to sustain my OBEDIENCE. May the LORD have MERCY on all who failed to ACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1ST LETTER FROM THE INMATE........................
Greetings and good morning, Queen Smith-Drummer,
I hope this message finds you in good spirits. With everything happening here, I've been focused on two primary goals: passing my math classes and preparing for final exams before re-registering for the summer semester. I'm ecstatic to share that I received a B in both classes and on my final exams. Plus, this morning I got the incredible news that I've been selected to apply for a Prime Example scholarship through the community college I'm enrolled in, thanks to maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher. God, through Christ, is still molding me into who He has called me to be, for His purpose.
However, life within these walls has been anything but easy. A few weeks ago, I discovered an abscess nearly the size of a softball on my face. This severe condition developed due to the indifference and incompetence of the staff here, who failed to notify me of my medical appointments. When I approached the Warden and Assistant Warden to address the excessive swelling on the right side of my face, the Head Warden dismissively cursed at me, took a picture of my ID, and walked off without offering any medical assistance. Almost 48 hours later, after submitting another handwritten request for emergency treatment, a dental surgeon ordered an emergency extraction. An X-ray revealed an active abscess that could have been fatal if not treated in time.
As if this weren't enough, yesterday, an officer pulled a weapon on me for writing a grievance against her. Sergeant Patterson placed me in hand restraints because I refused to come into close proximity to her while she was holding a 4-inch blade. After explaining the situation to the Captain, he ordered the officers to release me. However, the Sergeant, dissatisfied with the Captain’s handling of the matter, broke my glasses and stole multiple items from my bunk, giving them to other inmates. Although I've filed a grievance complaint and 11 other inmates have submitted supportive witness statements, the Warden waved me off when I expressed my concerns.
I'm urging you, Queen Smith-Drummer, to please call either the new female Warden, named Flannel, or the independent ombudsman on my behalf. I wish to press charges against the officer who held me at knifepoint and destroyed my property. The younger inmates have been incredibly supportive, helping out whenever possible as I navigate these challenges while legally blind.
Despite all this, I remain focused on completing my degree so that I can finally leave this crooked unit behind. Please extend my gratitude to Cornell and give my sincere thanks to you for providing the stamp that made this correspondence possible. I pray that all the desires you hold in your Christ-like heart are granted by the Father.
Your brother in Christ,

CALL FOR ACTION!!!!!!!!!!! SEXUALLY MISCONDUCT INSIDE WILLIAM P HOBBY UNIT
Alleged Misconduct and Abuse of Power within William P. Hobby Unit of TDCJ
In recent developments at the William P. Hobby Unit in Marlin, Texas, alarming reports have surfaced regarding the behavior of Officer Arispe. Allegations suggest that Officer Arispe has been targeting and bullying inmates who identify as gay, displaying clear homophobia and discrimination. Furthermore, it has been alleged that Officer Arispe is engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a Hispanic inmate, raising concerns about abuse of power and misconduct within the correctional facility.
The situation at the William P. Hobby Unit is troubling, as it not only highlights the vulnerability of inmates to abuse by those in positions of authority but also sheds light on the urgent need for accountability and oversight within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). The alleged actions of Officer Arispe paint a picture of a predator using their position to exert control and manipulate vulnerable individuals, creating a toxic environment within the facility.
It is essential that these allegations are thoroughly investigated and addressed by the appropriate authorities within the TDCJ. The safety and well-being of all inmates within the correctional facility must be a top priority, and any form of misconduct, abuse, or discrimination cannot be tolerated.
As we strive for justice and accountability, it is crucial to remember that these are allegations and that Officer Arispe, like all individuals, is innocent until proven guilty. However, the seriousness of the allegations demands swift and transparent action to ensure that the rights and dignity of all individuals within the William P. Hobby Unit are upheld.
It is imperative that the TDCJ takes decisive steps to investigate these allegations, hold accountable those responsible for any wrongdoing, and implement measures to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Inmates deserve to be treated with respect, dignity, and fairness, and any form of misconduct or abuse of power cannot be allowed to persist within the walls of a correctional facility.
The situation at the William P. Hobby Unit serves as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance, accountability, and transparency within our criminal justice system. It is only through holding individuals accountable for their actions and ensuring the protection of the rights of all individuals that we can truly achieve justice and uphold the values of fairness and equality within our society.
Therefore, it is incumbent upon the TDCJ and all responsible authorities to take immediate and effective action to address the alleged misconduct and abuse of power within the William P. Hobby Unit. In doing so, we reaffirm our commitment to justice, equality, and the protection of the rights and dignity of all individuals, regardless of their circumstances.

Urgent Call for Action: Tuberculosis Outbreak in Texas Prisons Demands Immediate Attention
The state of Texas is facing a crisis that cannot be ignored. Recent reports from concerned family members and inmates within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) paint a dire picture of a tuberculosis (TB) outbreak that has already claimed lives and threatens the health of many more individuals behind bars. The situation is alarming, and the state government needs to be held accountable for their inaction and negligence in addressing this urgent public health issue.
According to firsthand accounts from inmates and their loved ones, the TDCJ is actively trying to cover up the severity of the TB outbreak, with reports of positive cases being moved to quarantine areas without proper treatment or care. Families have expressed frustration and fear over the lack of transparency and urgency in the TDCJ's response to this crisis, as lives hang in the balance.
It is unacceptable that amidst this critical situation, the media outlets have failed to shine a light on the truth and hold responsible parties accountable. The voices of those directly impacted by this outbreak must be amplified, and the reality of the situation must be exposed for the world to see.
We urge all concerned citizens, advocacy groups, and media outlets to take a stand and demand immediate action. The Department of Justice (DOJ) must step in to investigate the TDCJ's handling of the TB outbreak and ensure that proper protocols are in place to contain the spread of the disease and provide necessary medical care to those affected.
The brave individuals who have come forward to share their experiences and expose the truth about the TB outbreak deserve to be heard and supported. It is a matter of human rights, morals, and values that all individuals, regardless of their circumstances, have access to adequate healthcare and are protected from preventable diseases.
We call on all citizens to reach out to their elected officials, including House Members, State Senators, and the DOJ, to demand immediate intervention and accountability in addressing the TB outbreak within Texas prisons. It is time for action, transparency, and justice for those who are suffering and at risk.
In the face of this crisis, we must stand together and demand better for all individuals affected by the TB outbreak in Texas prisons. The time to act is now, and our collective voices can make a difference in ensuring that the rights and well-being of all individuals are protected. The state of Texas must be held accountable for their failure to address this public health emergency, and we must not rest until justice is served.
IF YOU HAVE LOVED ONES IN TDCJ PLEASE CHECK ON THEM!!!!!!!!
